Mariah-Rose Marie is a graphic novelist, educator and writer based in Tovaangar, (also called Los Ángeles). Their illustration, storyboard, and comic work can be seen anywhere from Netflix and HBO Max to The New Yorker and Ignatz award-winning work with The Nib.

Mariah-Rose is the author and illustrator of COOK LIKE YOUR ANCESTORS, the international recipe collection and guide to intuitive cooking. She’s currently working on her big debut, GO BACK & GET IT, an Afro-Indigenous ancestral fantasy coming in 2028.
